Larry Wilson

Larry Wilson, also known as “Larro” to his many music industry counterparts, got into the industry as a rapper and DJ himself. Growing up with the love of creating music, he found out as a teenager that Chicago did not have many outlets for urban music artists to succeed. As he became older, he ventured into real estate and was able to revisit the music industry in 2011, this time as a manager. Kanye West former manager, John “Monopoly” Johnson, informed Larry about a budding Chicago artist by the name of King Louie. Monopoly then introduced Louie to Larry, CEO of local record company Lawless Inc. Larry liked what he heard and decided to sign King Louie.

Soon after that, talent from the city started to trickle in as the Lawless roster grew into Chicago artists like: Katie Got Bandz, Bird Bankin Boi, Shaffer, Icy Duck, Atari Jones and a vast host of producers. Along with that roster, he was able to form an alliance with Epic Records, who will release King Louie’s debut album. He is also recently completed a deal with Entertainment One with Katie Got Bandz.
