Take Me to the River brings multiple generations of Memphis and Mississippi Delta musicians together—from Mavis Staples to the North Mississippi All-Stars, from Bobby Blue Bland to Oscar winner Frayser Boy of the Three 6 Mafia—to record a historic new album, but also to share their stories and celebrate their mutual love of Memphis and music.
